Mind Chatter - 3 Simple Steps to Clean it Up! (Part 1)

How many times a day do you say or think something like this yourself:
How could you be so stupid?
You'll never get it right.
Nobody wants to hear your opinion.
Why even bother trying - it's never going to work out.
You aren't good at anything.
Nobody will ever love you.
Life is hard, get used to it.
You'll never have what you want.
 
Would you say those things to your best friend, your child or even a stranger? 
 
Why is it so easy to think and say those things to ourselves?  Maybe your life experiences have taught you to believe these things.  I think mind chatter is VALUABLE INFORMATION! 
 
If you have negative mind chatter, you have hidden subconscious beliefs that are playing out, creating life patterns that are keeping you from your highest potential.  Take a quick inventory of your relationships, your finances, your health, and overall "happiness."  What patterns do you notice?  Frustration, loss, anger, shame, avoidance, guilt, anxiety, depression, illness?  Do you want to experience more love, peace, forgiveness, confidence, energy, success and joy - even through life's ups and downs?
 
I am going to share 3 Simple Steps that are sure ways to overcome the effects of this negative chatter and get you on your way to your well-deserved happiness and success!
 
STEP ONE - take time to listen to the music on this powerful video each day.  Just close your eyes for 5 minutes and be still.  Have the intention of letting go of the struggle you experience in your life.  Are you worth FIVE minutes a day?  YES!!  Please post your experience!
