I choose to be 100% present

I choose to be 100% present

I recently had a session with a client where we talked about some habits she wanted to change. For example, spending too much time on social media, eating when she wasn't hungry, binge-watching Netflix, and losing her patience with her kids. She's trying to build a network marketing business and she dreams of traveling the world with her children, giving back by helping others in need, and securing income she never has to stress about. Her dream is to earn enough income so her husband can quit his dead end job and join her in building the business together, but she continually finds herself distracted by all of these other things!Does any of that sound familiar? Distractions will sabotage your success quicker than anything!I have some favorite tips to help you break free of distraction and keep you 100% present in your life, relationships, and business:#1 Commit to practicing being 100% present - it's a skill to be developed.#2 First thing in the morning, before you get out of bed, take 10 deep breaths - in through your nose for 5 seconds, hold for 5 seconds, out through your mouth. Think of one thing you are grateful for as you breathe.#3 Use grounding essential oils in the morning such as doTERRA's Balance and Serenity on your feet, 2-3 drops of each. (I confidently recommend doTERRA and my team can show you how to get your own wholesale account).#4 Make a list of your tasks for the day. Choose 3 of the top priority tasks and focus on these. Account for unexpected interruptions, and take a break at least every 90 minutes. Drink lots of water throughout the day and remember to eat.#5 Get 20 minutes of exercise - go for a walk, do push ups, squats, lunges, planks - whatever works for you. Just get your heart rate up and get those endorphins flowing. These simple steps will keep you on track more than you realize! You'll get more done in less time, and feel accomplished, which leads to feeling happier!Want more personal attention as you are making important life transformations?
