My Secret

I want to let you in on a little secret!   It took me several suggestions from my friend before I finally decided to give Energy Work a try.   Why?   Part of it was because I was skeptical that anything could help me, and part of it was because I didn't understand what energy work was and was afraid of it.   I knew that I wanted to feel better about myself and let go of some long-time resentments I had been carrying around, but I didn’t really want to spend money on something I didn't know would really work!  Energy work sounded like it was too simple, and I was afraid it would be "weird" or that someone might think I was "weird" for trying it.   The crazy thing was that because I was afraid of something "new" or "different", I carried around my emotional baggage for much longer than I needed to!   Had I just asked more questions, and trusted in my good friend's experience & recommendation, I would have known right away that energy work was a great alternative for me, to get the results I was looking for.  I could have moved forward confidently with my decision to give energy work a chance, and begin my experience of "letting go of my emotional baggage" and feeling happier, A LOT sooner!   Being on the fence is uncomfortable. You’re always weighing different decisions and not really moving in any one direction.   What haven’t you asked yet? Let’s get you some answers!
