I choose to see and hear others

Do you or people on your team struggle with increasing your sales? I have worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs and network marketing professionals over the years that have attended countless trainings, have read all the latest sales and personality books, and know all the right words to say - but still can't make the sale. WHY? Because nobody wants to be "sold" to. People want to be seen and heard. People want to know that someone understands their struggle. People want to buy from someone they feel understands them. In order to understand someone, you must take the time to listen and really see the person, not the dollar sign. In order to really see and hear others, you must do that for yourself first.

Do you take time to be introspective? What is your inner voice saying to you? Is it loving and encouraging, or is it critical and judgmental? The secret to any kind of success is to learn to be kind to yourself first. See your own struggles. Heal what has been nagging at you for years. Listen to your truth. This process of inner healing is going to positively affect how you see and hear others. It will affect how you implement all of your knowledge and say all the right words.

If you aren't having the success you want in your business or relationships right now, then it's time to do something about it. If you don't, things won't improve, and the gaps you have within yourself and others will only grow wider.
