Other people's anger towards you does not define you; only God defines you.

Other people's anger towards you does not define you; only God defines you.

Are you walking on eggshells in your marriage, with family members, with co-workers, or with your friends? Are you trying to please everyone all the time or spending too much time trying to make everyone happy? That's exausting. It's exausting mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, and it will eventually catch up to your physical body. Sometimes, as children, we come to believe that if someone gets mad at us, we're not good enough, smart enough, or capable. In order to compensate, a child may develop the pattern of people pleasing, always apologizing, or always needing to prove themselves by trying to be better than someone else. This pattern can spiral over the years into loss of relationships, loss of self-worth, and so many other negative outcomes. The truth is that as you heal those childhood wounds, you begin to see the truth - God's truth about you. The truth that you're always enough, lovable, capable and worthy of good things happening to you.If you are stuck in the pattern of worrying about what others think, then you are in the right place here. Schedule a coaching session with me or join in one of my coaching groups! You will be amazed at how quickly peace will fill your heart, your mind and your life.
