Women especially can be SO critical with themselves! For one day, pay attention to how many times you say something negative or critical about yourself. Keep track & total it up at the end of the day. Then ask yourself: would I talk to my best friend like this, or even a stranger? The only way to change a habit is to first be aware of it. If you find it difficult to change this habit, you're not alone. There's a good reason, and it's not your fault.
